As we approach July 4, 2026, America will mark 250 years of independence—a milestone that began, as President Trump noted, "with a single sheet of parchment and 56 signatures" that started "the greatest political journey in human history." This momentous anniversary isn't just about looking back; it's about celebrating the enduring values that continue to inspire leaders around the world.

The America250 celebration brings people together to share stories, spark creativity, give back to communities, and honor the strength and spirit that defines democratic society. Alumni of the Global UGRAD Program embody these very principles—having experienced firsthand the power of cultural exchange, civic engagement, and cross-border collaboration.

This seminar unites young leaders from 16 countries across Europe and Eurasia and Central Asia to explore the themes at the heart of America250: civic engagement, cultural exchange, entrepreneurship, innovation, and democratic values.
